Dr Liz Robin, Director of Public Health for Peterborough City Council, said: "Your mental health is every bit as important as keeping your body fit and well. That's why we've included it as part of the ongoing Healthy Peterborough campaign. Residents will see plenty of tips and advice on social media, posters and the web, which will help them think differently about looking after their mental health."

There are lots of resources and support that can help to improve mental health, as highlighted by Public Health England’s ‘One You’ campaign. People can take the One You quiz to get feedback on various aspects of their lifestyle and get tips on how to make positive changes - such as getting more sleep or addressing stress.
