TalkTalk excel themselves

Having been the victims of a cyber attack, and having millions of customers' details at risk, TalkTalk broadband and phone company have thought it best to let the Chief Executive Officer, Dido Harding, write to their customers.

This is the first line of his letter:

We are writing to advise you of recent a cyber attack against TalkTalk.

again?

We are writing to advise you of recent a cyber attack against TalkTalk.

Over a million customers implies a similar number of letters posted. Wouldn't you think it worth proof reading the letter?

  1. They probably did proof read it but were distracted by the half dozen electronic gadgets in their hands at the time.

  2. #corporate #profits are 1st, 2nd and 3rd on their agenda. This might have monopolised their awareness!
